What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site securely.

We do not ask for special category data, and you should not send it to us through this website.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

How demonstration enquiries are handled
When you submit the form, the details are emailed to our company mailbox so we can reply. We use them to arrange and prepare the demonstration — for example, tailoring it to the area of interest you selected.
Sales follow-up. We will reply to your enquiry and may follow up about that specific enquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ticked the optional marketing box. Ticking it is never a condition of getting a demonstration.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We use the following providers, who process data on our instructions:

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
International transfers
Our website and mailbox are hosted on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Storylane is based outside the UK, so opening the interactive tour may involve a transfer of technical data outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards offered by the provider, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not proceed: 12 months from our last contact.
- Enquiries that become customers: for the life of the relationship and then as required for accounting and legal purposes.
- Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent, plus a short period to evidence the withdrawal.
- Server and security logs: as retained by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The interactive product tour is provided by Storylane and is loaded only after you choose to open it; it may set its own cookies or similar technologies at that point, governed by Storylane's own privacy notice.
If we introduce website analytics in future, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- be told how your information is used — which is the purpose of this notice;
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- ask us to delete information, in some circumstances;
- ask us to restrict how we use it, in some circumstances;
- object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
- ask us to transfer information to another provider, in some circumstances; and
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or email us — it will not affect our response to an enquiry.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by calling their helpline on 0303 123 1113.

If we change how we use personal information we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
